At the moment we only manufacture one product, the S1 saddle which is entirely made of carbon fibre and aramid. The carbon fabric used is the common 3K, even for manufacturing the rails, which for these pieces are unidirectional fibres to maximize its resistance. In the process of laminating, we reinforce the areas of greater mechanical stress and lighten the rider’s contact zone, making it slightly flexible, and therefore, more comfortable. To ensure its resistance, we now reinforce with aramid (Kevlar) the bottom of the case of the saddle. The smooth finish of the saddle makes the rider's clothes slide on its surface to avoid friction that occurs between the rider’s shorts and skin, minimizing the risk of chafing. Another strong point of the S1 is the variety of designs and colours to choose from in it’s decoration and even including the option to customize your name or simple graphics. This is a completely handcrafted product, created by the open vacuum mold system and subsequently oven cured, to optimize the resistance of the compound. The weight of the saddle is 84 gr. (+ / - 2gr.) and it has a rider’s weight limit of 85 kg. for mountain bikes and 95 kg. for road bikes.
