Steps to follow when making a purchase:
 
(1) Make the order
Open the purchase form and select the product and quantity, to see the price and shipping charges. If you want to make an order, fill-in the other fields with your personal data for shipping. Should the buyer's name not be the same as the recipient of the shipment, please enter it in the "Comments" field.
Open the purchase form
When finished, click the Send Order button.
As soon as possible after the arrival of your order, we will contact you by email, or alternatively by phone to confirm it.

(2) Making the payment
If the payment option selected is a deposit or transfer into our account, we will give you all the necessary bank details for you to deposit or transfer the amount of your purchase.
If you prefer the PayPal option, we will send you a payment request to your email for the amount of your purchase. In the message, there will be a link to the PayPal website, where you have to sign in and make payment by the way you prefer: credit card, debit card, etc..
If you have selected the option cash upon delivery, you will have to pay cash to the postman upon delivery. These two options have an additional cost of 5 Euros. This payment option is not valid for some countries.
 

(3) Shipping of the product
Once the payment is made (except the for the option cash upon delivery) we will send your order in the shortest time possible. Shipment is by registered mail is delivered to the recipient's address. The time to delivery varies by country, but it's a week approximately.
